And further, that Gunnthor Ingvason is<br>elected as a new board member and that all are elected for a period until the<br>annual general meeting in 2024.<br><br>With regards to the new board member, Gunnthor is CEO of S&iacute;ldarvinnslan hf. a<br>fisheries company group registered in the OMX NASDAQ ICELAND.  S&iacute;ldarvinnslan<br>hf. recently purchased 34,2 % of the shares in Arctic Fish Holding AS.  Gunnthor<br>has been CEO of S&iacute;ldarvinnslan hf. since 2007. Gunnthor is a board member in<br>Atlantic Coast Fisheries Corp., Bergur-Huginn ehf., F&oacute;&eth;urverksmi&eth;jan Lax&aacute; hf.,<br>Polar Pelagic AS and several other companies.<br><br>The proposed resolution for the shareholder meeting:<br><br>Svein Sivertsen, Charles H&oslash;stlund, Bj&oslash;rn Kleven and Hildur &Aacute;rnad&oacute;ttir are<br>re-elected as board members, and Gunnthor Ingvason is elected as a new board<br>member.
