The meeting will be held virtually via Microsoft Teams and shareholders<br>will be requested to register for participation.<br><br>The Board of Directors of Arctic Fish Holding received a request for a<br>shareholder meeting made by Sildarvinnslan, a new shareholder in Arctic Fish<br>Holding, with 34,2% of the shares.
