Kicking off the year in a<br>process to list the company on the Euronext Growth stock market in Oslo with a<br>successful listing on the 19th of February. <br>The production of the year was good, with 2021 being the largest year in the<br>history of the company in terms of harvested volume as well as produced biomass.<br>The success in the production stems from our own excellent smolt, favorable<br>conditions for sea farming, and focus on sustainable practices. <br>A major contributing factor to the success of 2021 is without a doubt the<br>dedicated and skilled workforce within Arctic Fish. The willingness of the team<br>to achieve the best and become leaders of the industry, while at times<br>navigating through and around uncharted obstacles, has a great impact on the<br>mindset and culture of the company.
