AFISH: Mowi enters into a share purchase agreement to acquire a majority share in Arctic Fish

With reference to MOWI's announcement:
MOWI has entered into a share purchase agreement to acquire 51.28% of the shares
in Arctic Fish for a price of 115 NOK per share. 
The transaction is subject to consent by the EU commission and certain other
closing conditions.
MOWI is the largest salmon farmer in the world with global operations, for
