Reference is made to the pending civil dispute court case relating to 7,800
tonnes of licenses the company has in Patreksfjordur and Talknafjordur,
Iceland, as disclosed in the Company's information document from 19th of
February 2020. Today the courts dismissed the case and ruled in favor of Arctic
Fish Holding as defendants.
